- Created department systems and tracking procedures; recruited and trained staff and supported regional/property managers.
- Led site assessments, acquisition due diligence, design, entitlements, permitting, repositioning and capital planning.
- Managed construction, occupied renovations, unit turns, utilities and recovery work.
- Oversaw scopes, schedules, procurement, contracts, change orders and payment review.
- Coordinated site inspections, lender and insurance reporting, HUD requirements and owner/investor communication.
