  • Coordinated the design team and maintained a record of owner decisions and requested revisions.
  • Reviewed floor plans, unit layouts and elevations and coordinated constructability and value-engineering input.
  • Provided feasibility input and support through design development and permitting coordination.
  • Organized consultant deliverables and client-review comments into actionable next steps.
