The person behind InteGrit

The owner’s priorities.
The entire project.

Jennifer has worked directly with private owners, ultra-high-net-worth principals, developers and investment teams, carrying responsibility across decisions that are often handled in isolation: whether to acquire a property, what to develop, how to finance it, which team to assemble and how to keep the work accountable through construction and operations.

Jennifer follows a decision through its consequences: what an acquisition means for the development plan, what a design change means for the budget, and what a field condition means for an owner's investment. Her perspective comes from carrying responsibility across those decisions, through both independent consulting engagements and senior leadership roles.

Career experience across earlier leadership roles, independent consulting engagements and InteGrit work.

From acquisition to execution.

Her development work begins well before construction. It includes property selection, direct negotiations, due diligence, highest-and-best-use analysis, pro formas, acquisition financing and closing coordination. She connects the owner's objectives with the architects, engineers, agencies and contractors responsible for carrying them forward.

On luxury residential assignments such as Mulholland, that responsibility extended from selecting the property and arranging the acquisition loan through design, engineering, permitting, material selections and construction with in-house crews. It is experience in following the entire assignment, rather than handing off at the next milestone.

Leadership at portfolio scale.

As COO and an in-house independent consultant for Sassony Development, Jennifer's responsibilities connected development with property operations, corporate-tenant leasing, financial controls, lender relationships, refinancing and ownership strategy. The work also required close coordination with legal and accounting teams.

Her independent consulting role with ApartmentCorp brought nationwide development and construction responsibility across a residential portfolio of approximately 18,000 units. Her subsequent development leadership included an eight-project portfolio with four simultaneous ground-up construction projects and four in pre-development. That breadth informs how she prioritizes competing demands while staying close to individual projects.

Grounded in the field.

Jennifer's construction experience includes direct trade coordination, owner-builder delivery, luxury renovations, multifamily development and recovery at occupied properties. She has managed scopes, procurement, RFIs, changes, payment reviews and inspections, connecting the record of the work to conditions on site.

Recovery assignments such as Lake Charles and Lake Worth required that same connection between field assessment, corrective scopes, cost-to-complete planning, contractors and ownership reporting. Her focus is on understanding what has happened, establishing what remains to be done and keeping the next decisions accountable.

The evidence behind the decision.

Her experience also extends to the owner's side of disputes and litigation. Jennifer has coordinated counsel and expert teams, organized project and financial evidence, supported deposition preparation, reviewed valuation assumptions and served in expert-witness and corporate-representative roles.

These assignments span eminent-domain, construction, insurance, payment and landlord-tenant matters. They reinforce the importance she places on accurate records, disciplined financial review and clear communication before a difficult issue becomes a larger problem.
