Scope of responsibility

  • Developed the multi-property 1031 exchange strategy tied to the 722 South Broadway disposition.
  • Negotiated lender payoff/carve-out terms and located owners of replacement parcels.
  • Negotiated acquisition pricing and directed due diligence, bank/loan coordination and escrow.
  • Integrated expansion planning, retail programming, design-team work and agency/community coordination.
