Scope of responsibility
- Personally handled three land acquisitions: owner outreach, pricing, due diligence, bank coordination and escrow closings.
- Led market feasibility and program development and coordinated zoning, entitlement, street-vacation and environmental review.
- Managed design and engineering teams, civil and utility-relocation interfaces, permit coordination and construction phasing.
- Developed budgets, schedules and pro formas and coordinated appraisal review and lender packages.
- Led corporate-tenant discussions, leasing/marketing planning and contractor coordination.
- Led community outreach, events, presentations and project media communications with officials and agencies.
